Creately Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to access to and use of Creately services, including enterprise offerings made available under an Order Form, MSA, Product Schedule, DPA, or related service-specific terms.
Users of Creately services must not:
- use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law;
- resell, lease, sublicense, or provide the service as a bureau service except where expressly permitted in writing;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law;
- bypass technical safeguards, security controls, or usage limits;
- upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, destructive code, worms, viruses, or similar harmful material;
- use the service to develop, benchmark, or publicly compare a competing product in breach of contract or confidentiality obligations;
- interfere with service integrity, performance, or availability;
- access data, accounts, systems, or environments without authorization;
- use the service to send spam, abusive communications, or deceptive content;
- upload, store, share, publish, or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, discriminatory, threatening, hateful, or otherwise harmful; or
- use the service in a way that violates another person’s privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights.
Customers remain responsible for:
- their authorised users and account activity;
- protecting credentials and access methods;
- the legality, accuracy, and integrity of Customer Data;
- obtaining all necessary notices, permissions, and lawful bases for data provided to Creately; and
- reviewing outputs before using them for material business, employment, legal, or regulatory decisions.
Creately may investigate suspected violations and may limit, suspend, or terminate access to the extent reasonably necessary to protect the service, customer data, other customers, or compliance obligations.
This page is intended to summarize baseline acceptable use rules. If there is any conflict between this policy and an executed agreement, the executed agreement governs to the extent of that conflict.
